Mission Statement:
Promoting Each Person's Best in Order to Live and Work in Their Community.
Program Description:
Harbor Enterprises provides Day Program services based on individual needs and driven by there Person Centered Plan. Some of these services may include: assistance with grooming / hygiene, communication skill development, training for socially appropriate behaviors, cooking class, vocational services, volunteering at community sites.
Program Goals:
1. Medicaid Verification - 95% compliance. (Efficiency)
2. Satisfaction - Report Consumer Satisfaction of 92% or higher. (Satisfaction)
3. Consumers will maintain their volunteer work sites in the community for at least 3 months, 75% of the time.
