Harbor Enterprises vocational program
Mission Statement:
"Individual training that results in competitive employment"
Program's Description: Harbor Enterprises provides organizational employment and community employment. Through the organizational employment, consumers have the opportunity to work at Emerald Ice and at out Car Cleaning Service. Through the community employment, consumers have the opportunity to work with the janitorial cleaning crew and individual work placements.
Program's current list of goals / indicators:
1. Medicaid Verification - 95% compliance. (Efficiency)
2. Satisfaction - Report Consumer Satisfaction of 92% or higher. (Satisfaction)
3. One Consumer to receive work placement every six months. (Effectiveness)
