Customer Service
Helping You Navigate Care
At Hiawatha Behavioral Health, you’re more than a number. You’re part of our community. We are here to help you find the support, services, and answers you need, close to home. We know that asking for help and figuring out services can sometimes feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our team is here to walk alongside you and help you every step of the way.
If you have questions or concerns about the services you’re receiving, we encourage you to talk with your provider, care coordinator, or therapist. You can also contact our Hiawatha Customer Service team, or the NorthCare Network Customer Service team, at any time. We can help you understand your services, eligibility, insurance or financial options, and connect you with the right resources.
Customer Services staff are available Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, except for holidays. If you need to speak with someone after hours, please call and leave a message. A staff person will contact you on the next business day.
If you ever feel unsure about your care or need to share a concern, we can also help you through the grievance and appeal process. Our goal is to make sure you feel heard, respected, and supported. At Hiawatha Behavioral Health, we’re here for our community, and we’re here for you.
