Co-Occurring Services
Adult screening and treatment is designed to support individuals with a primary diagnosis of Serious Mental Illness (SMI), Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED), or Intellectual/Developmental Disability (IDD) in Chippewa, Mackinac, and Schoolcraft counties. Substance use disorder (SUD) services may be available as part of overall treatment and support for eligible individuals. 24/7 Emergency & Crisis Care
24/7 Emergency and Crisis Care
Qualified mental health professionals are available for crisis services; whether a person is feeling overwhelmed, struggling with emotional distress, a substance use disorder, or facing an urgent behavioral health situation. Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Accommodations for persons with hearing loss, vision impairments, alternative language needs, physical impairments, reading impairments, etc. will be made as necessary.

Crisis care focuses on providing immediate support for individuals experiencing severe mental or emotional distress, while emergency care addresses urgent physical health conditions that require immediate medical attention.

Outpatient Support
Outpatient Services
Outpatient services are available for people who have mental health issues, emotional challenges, or both mental health and substance use problems. During the assessment, we may find that some people need more help than what outpatient services can provide. We will assist at that time with additional support and recommendations.
Manage Your Care Online
The CEHR (pronounced "share") Patient Portal is a secure and convenient way to manage your care anytime, anywhere. Through the portal, you can communicate with your care team, view important health information, request medication refills, and stay connected to your services without needing to call or visit one of our office locations.
Using the patient portal helps you stay organized, informed, and in control of your supports and services. It’s easy to use, secure, and available 24/7 from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
